I started to explore and practice energy healing work more than two decades ago.

Ever since my childhood in Japan and into my adulthood in Australia, I was well aware that there is something intangible that forms our lives and our personalities. The curiosity to understand the connection between body mind and spirit has led me to this path as an energetic healing practitioner. From Reiki to Shiatsu then Energy healing using EFT tapping, Matrix Reimprinting as tools to release our limiting beliefs and transform them into something more positive for a happier and harmonious life.

My goal in my practice is each client finds inner peace and strength, reconnecting again with one’s true- self. It is subtle yet very powerful.

Currently, I am practising at Nature Care College wellness Centre in St. Leonards and Therapeutic Axis in Glebe.
