I discovered the joys of energetic healing back in 2001 when I attended a Crystal Healing Course at Nature Care College.  This was followed with studies in Meditation, Reiki, Flower Essences, Akashic Records and Angel Intuition.

Initially a hobby, where my clients were friends and my three young children, it has now developed into a deep passion of mine where I look to help people navigate their inner landscape.

My client’s say they often feel lighter after our sessions and that they have a deeper sense of connection.  They describe me as bringing a very calm presence and they enjoy the diverse and varied approach that I use depending upon the situation.

Personally, I enjoy group meditations as they are fulfilling and connect people in a heart centred way.

I have numerous qualifications from my studies over the last 20 years, including a Meditation Certificate and Energetic Healing Diploma, both from Nature Care College.
